I connected something but no data has appeared

How long data takes depends on what you connected. Find yours below.

Xero or QuickBooks

Recent figures arrive within a few minutes. aOS pulls the current month as soon as you connect.

History is a step you run yourself. Go to Agency Analytics → Setup, set the date you started using your accounting tool, and start the sync. Leave that page open while it works through your months; navigating away stops it partway.

This is the usual explanation for "I connected days ago and still only see this month." Nothing is broken and nothing is queued in the background waiting to run. The sync just hasn't been started yet.

Faire, Klaviyo and Recharge

The first pull starts automatically once the connection is made, so there's nothing to trigger.

If nothing appears, check Settings → Integrations still lists the connection against the right client. For Faire, the most common cause is that the approval didn't finish: it has to complete in the browser that started it, within about ten minutes.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

Connecting Google is only half of it. Each GA4 property and Ads account also has to be assigned to a client and switched on before aOS pulls anything.

Assigned but disabled is the single most common reason a client's dashboard stays empty. See Connect Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Stripe

Stripe revenue feeds Agency Analytics rather than a client dashboard, since it's your own agency's account. If you're looking for it under a client, that's why it isn't there.

Shopify and Etsy

These aren't available to connect yet. See Shopify, Etsy and Meta availability.

Everything is connected and still nothing

Two things worth checking before contacting support.

Confirm the connection is still there. Settings → Integrations should show it as connected. Connections can be removed from the other side, in Xero or Faire directly, and aOS finds out when a sync fails rather than the moment it happens.

Check you're looking at the right client. Sales channel connections belong to a specific client. Data connected for one client won't appear when you have a different one selected. Accounting and Stripe are different — those are your own agency's, not a client's, and appear in Agency Analytics.

If both check out, contact support and mention which connector and roughly when you connected it.
