Connecting Klaviyo brings a client's email and SMS performance into aOS, so campaign and flow results sit alongside the rest of their numbers.
aOS reads accounts, campaigns, flows, metrics, and reviews. It's read-only, so your client's Klaviyo account stays as it is.
One connection per client
Klaviyo connects per client. Each connection links one Klaviyo account to one client in aOS, so you'll connect each of your clients' accounts separately.
Who can connect it
Owners, admins, and anyone with the Manage integrations permission.
You'll sign in to Klaviyo as part of the flow, using a login that reaches the account you're connecting.
Connect it
Go to Settings → Integrations and find Klaviyo.
Choose the client this account belongs to.
Click to connect. You'll be taken to Klaviyo to sign in and approve access.
Approve the request. You'll come back to aOS with the account connected.
Reviews data needs a reconnect
Review data was added to what aOS reads after some accounts were already connected. Existing connections keep working exactly as before, but they won't pick up reviews until the account is reconnected.
If you connected Klaviyo a while ago and reviews aren't appearing, disconnect and connect again. Nothing else is affected by doing this.
Troubleshooting
Approval was declined
Start again from Settings → Integrations and approve the access request.
"No permission to connect integrations"
Ask your account owner to connect Klaviyo for you, or to enable the Manage integrations permission on your user in Settings.
Campaign data looks incomplete
Check the account is connected for the right client. Klaviyo data belongs to a specific client, so it appears under that client and not elsewhere.
Reviews are missing
See Reviews data needs a reconnect above.
Data has stopped updating
Check Settings → Integrations still shows Klaviyo as connected for that client. If access was changed inside Klaviyo, connecting again will pick it back up.
Disconnecting
Find the account in the Klaviyo row in Settings → Integrations and disconnect it there. Other clients' Klaviyo accounts are unaffected.
